If you are not incontact with your kids, and have lost contact, there are two important sites to help parents. One is miranda.USSharedParenting.com where they will post information about your kids on a web site that is designed for parents who have lost contact with their kids due to alienation by another parent.

Also, check out the Family Finder on USSharedParenting.com where parents, or kids, looking for lost family members can post their name, picture or other information in the hopes of reconnecting with a lost family member. It's a great tool!

The reality is that courts rarely uphold the parenting plan they force you to pay thousands of dollars to create. Once this happens, you lose access to the kids.
